What to do with the 980 Freeway?

📍 2850 West St., West Oakland
The 980 Freeway displaced families, demolished homes, and fragmented a thriving West Oakland neighborhood. Today, we are re-imagining the 980 corridor and how to begin to repair the harm to West Oakland and its legacy residents.
A $50 stipend is available for up to two (2) participants. High school youth and parent/guardian prioritized. Application does not guarantee participation.
